Koç Holding and Fiat S.p.A.'s equal shareholders, Tofaş, the Turkish automotive company, is currently one of Fiat's three strategic production and R&D centers worldwide. Tofaş stands out as the largest producer in the Turkish automotive industry with a current production capacity of 400,000 units per year. Within the framework of the Minicargo project, Tofaş manufactures for Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot brands, and also produces for Opel and Vauxhall brands as part of the New Fiat Doblo project. Tofaş is a global player producing for 5 brands in its factory in Bursa, which has a privileged position ranking top in the "Silver" production level within the 170 Fiat Group factories worldwide in the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) field.

TOFAŞ describes its collaboration with Dijitalis as follows:
"We received consultancy services from Dijitalis Software and Consultancy Limited Company to analyze the production and logistics processes in our Bursa factory and to design improvements that will increase efficiency. Due to the increasing production volumes and model diversity in recent years, material movement within the factory has increased significantly, leading to higher internal material handling costs. Before resorting to new investment options, we wanted to optimize our processes with the support of Dijitalis to use our existing resources with maximum efficiency. Indeed, thanks to Dijitalis's analytical methodology, we were able to look at our processes from a different perspective and discover our losses. By implementing the improvements designed during the project, we achieved a considerable cost savings in a short time."
