Why Were Projects Needed?

In 2015, Borusan Logistics established the Supply Chain Solution Development Department to provide engineering solutions to its customers and create strategic partnerships. Dr. Canan Ölçer and her team work within this department to provide engineering solutions that create value for companies within and outside Borusan Holding.

Each of the many companies served by Borusan Logistics had different needs and constraints, requiring highly dynamic supply chain management.
